For opened products, you cannot return them after 3 days.
The product was purchased within the last 14 days. You have only seven days if you do not open it.
The product must be in the same condition you received it.
The product must be in the packaging we sent it to you.
It must have all the contents and instructions.
The product must not have been used.
For electronics: You cannot return any product you have used.
Change of Mind Without Reason
You have the right to cancel your order and can return it under certain conditions and circumstances only.
If the package has been opened, it will be refunded within...day.
If the package has not been opened, it will be returned within 15 days of ordering.
Clothing: Not refundable unless the original tag is attached.
Other products: If the package or product is in its original condition and includes all accessories.

Refunds
If you receive the product
We will evaluate the returned product, including the return fees (excluding shipping costs, which you will bear). This applies to:
Any damaged or defective product.
Any product you received from us in error, whether the error was in the product itself, its price, or delayed delivery.
If you do not receive the product
You are entitled to receive the value of a product you ordered and did not receive if you cancel your order.
Non-Returnable Products
You cannot return the following products:
Personal products that are not intended to be shared with anyone else.
Products that perish quickly or any product you ordered that has expired.
Products opened after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item after assessing its non-compliance with the return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Returned Items
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning our products to us. When we send a courier to the address you provided, we will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product during shipping. Therefore, we ask that you return the product by post or other secure service. We cannot refund money without proof of receipt.
Gift Returns
We occasionally give gifts to those who shop at our store. If you wish to return a gift after it has been shipped to you, we will refund you with a credit credited to your store account for the value of the gift.
